Granny Surprise

Emma recently began speech therapy. It is a lot of time and work, and emotionally tough more than anything. It is frustrating for her not to be able to do the things we're asking her to. But she is already making a lot of progress and I'm so proud of her.

One of the exercises we are working on this week is "granny surprise" so we took pictures and videos so she could see if it was right.  Don't we look like surprised grandmas with no teeth? I love this girl!

Fresh air

Between the cold, potty training, baby and sickness, we have been a little cooped up for several weeks. When a little warmer weather hit this week, we tried to take advantage! Briggs, Anderson, Molly and I went for a walk while the girls were at pre-school, then the boys and I walked to pick them up. They were a little disappointed to see us without the car, but they changed their attitudes pretty quickly.
