I don't like seafood. At least I think I don't. I never really try it because the smell of it usually keeps me away. But we are trying to eat healthier and fish is recommended more than once in the different things I've read. So I'm willing to give it a try.
Anyone have any good suggestions? Is there a kind of fish that isn't as fishy? Any good recipes?

I really like this one:
Lemon Garlic Tilapia
4 Tilapia fillets
3 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1 clove garlic, finely chopped (I always just use garlic poweder)
1 tsp parsley flakes
pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9x13 pan. Rinse tilapia under cool water & pat dry with a paper towel. Place fillets in dish. Pour lemon, drizzle butter, sprinkle with garlic, parsley & pepper.
Bake until fish is white & flakes when pulled with fork- about 30 min.

Also, go to Zulu bagels & order the "Lox"- it's an open faced salmon sandwich that is TO DIE for.
Try Halibut! I hate hate hate fish but I have eaten it! Tilapia and Halibut are gonna be your least fishy. Good luck with that! :)
We eat salmon once a week and just love it! And it's reasonably priced if you buy it at Costco and just packed with healthy Omega 3's.
All I do is add lime or lemon juice and sprinkle dill weed and salt on top of the salmon fillet. Then backe for 30 min at 350.
Super easy and super yummy!
Growing up, we ate fish sticks regularly, and I've been wanting to try it with my little family. They taste and look so similar to chicken nuggets, I think my kids will love them.
